When there is a requirement the successful supplier will be required to conduct customer consultation sessions and tenant consultation sessions, and therefore a proven track record in this area is required. The supplier must have excellent customer service and support teams and be able to provide a dedicated account manager to the framework PfH anticipates awarding places on the Framework under this Lot to 5 suppliers, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received
