Most roofs will be single storey or two storey structures with the occasional three and four storey buildings. The work will be to carry out traditional built up felt roofing with either pour and roll or torch on systems and cold applied adhesive system and occasional liquid applied systems. Published award criteria (2)
- Quality: 30
- Price: 70
- Price carries 70 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 7 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
- “Framework Agreement for the Provision of Repairs, Treatment and…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
