Published requirement descriptionFalkirk Council have a requirement for a Window Cleaning Service to clean windows internally and externally for approximately 140 buildings within the Falkirk Council area. These buildings include but are not limited to council offices, schools, sport and leisure facilities, and community buildings.
Falkirk Council requires to set up a framework agreement to deliver the service. The framework will include five Lots, one for each of five geographic areas.

It is a requirement of this tender that if the Bidder is UK based they must hold a valid registration with Companies House. Where the Bidder is UK based but not registered at Companies House they must be able to verify to the Council’s satisfaction that they are trading from the address provided in the tender and under the Company name given.

- Price carries 80 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 8 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
