What is being bought
The Council’s intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 15 Contractors unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. A further 5 contractors will be appointed on to a reserve list; unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff. The Contractor is also to assume that works are to be carried out within a "standard " working day that being between the hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Additional information: Electrical Contractors shall be approved Contractors of the NICEIC, or members of the ECA.
