Coverage: 8 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
TVP are reviewing their future strategy in relation to force wide training of both officers and staff and the potential for consolidating the provision of such training under a managed service provider, a "one stop shop" to book, manage, monitor and invoice various aspects of training. This training may consist of specific specialist training such as Forensics, Firearms, Driving, to name but a few, vocational/personal development, management, or more generic training such as Health & Safety and 1st Aid for example. The intention is to set up MS Teams calls in June 2023 to engage with the market to better understand what provision might be available, how it might work, what the likely cost advantages/disadvantages, risks and issues might be and whether there is capability, capacity and an appetite for such a complex provision in the market .
