This PIN is for the purpose of advising the market of the opportunity only and is not a call for competition. However the Council is happy to commence market engagement with interested parties.
A Contract Notice shall be issued to inform the market when the opportunity is live.
This tender process shall be undertaken in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, under Schedule 3 Services - Light Tough Regime.
