Published description of the framework
Upon identification of the works by Believe Housing the contractor in first position from their respective lot will be assigned the action to complete (irrespective of cost), where the contractor is unable to undertake the works within the required timescales then believe housing at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to approach the contractor ranked second on the framework on the same basis and then third on the same basis and fourth on the same basis. However, believe housing at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to carry out further competitions with suppliers on the framework for any value of project.
