The services required by the Contract include but are not restricted to:
• Visual Fire Door Surveys
• Intrusive Fire Door Surveys may be required as the Contract term progresses
• Fire Risk Assessments to residential properties (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable)
• Fire Risk Assessments to corporate buildings (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable)
• Fire Risk Assessments to Sheltered and Extra Care Accommodation
• Fire Risk Assessments to Temporary Accommodation
• Pre and Post Occupation Fire Risk Assessments
• Compartmentation Surveys

- It is intended that the Contract will commence in January 2026, and run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council, for an extension of up to a further one year plus one year subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the Contract is therefore five years.
