Published requirement descriptionThe Authority is seeking to procure a cloud-hosted Financial Management System (FMS) and associated implementation , data migration, training, support, maintenance and exit services. The solution will provide an integrated financial management platform supporting core financial processes, budgeting, reporting, auditability, workflow management and system administration.
- How the procedure runs: Suppliers must submit both a Selection Questionnaire response and a Tender response by the tender deadline. The procedure will operate in two stages. Stage 1 will access supplier suitability and exclusion grounds. Stage 2 is where the Tender responses will be evaluated against the published award criteria.
