The contract will deliver a first of its kind barometer examining and scoring retail and challenger banks contribution to financial inclusion. The research will examine different indicators across financial capability, inclusive products, accessible banking, customer support, and commitment and accountability.
The first year will test the viability of the research and analytical approaches using existing data and primary consumer research.
The output will be a series of special reports and policy papers.
