The Council required specialist finance transformation support to deliver a range of priority projects across Adults Social Care, Housing and Children's Social Care. The procurement covers the provision of financial modelling, commercial analysis and the development of cost assessment models to support effective decision making and robust financial planning. The services include the preparation of commissioning financial envelopes, analysis of current and projected costs, and the delivery of financial and commercial expertise to progress key operational, commissioning and strategic transformation projects.
