What is being bought
The Combined Authority are looking for the appointed consultant to bring national experience and competence to the development of delivery model approaches for the Spatial Priority Areas. Successful consultancies will bring detailed knowledge of housing and commercial markets, delivery models (including Mayoral Development Corporations), land valuation and viability assessment, funding programmes and visioning to the project.
The approach will be developed in consultation with partner authorities with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement . The Combined Authority is also keen to secure assistance in exploring and identifying opportunities for joint ventures and options to leverage funding and investment effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
