The company portfolio should include evidence of the following:\n1.\tAudited accounts for the last 3 years or an explanation as to why audited accounts for the stipulated period are not available.\n2.\tBank information.\n3.\tTwo trade and credit referees.\n4.\tExperience showing relevant areas of work such as office and public toilet cleaning.\n5.\tFull details of Quality Assurance systems and associated monitoring processes such as an electronic site presence logging system in operation to include remote locations with limited/no mobile signal.\n6.\tHealth and Safety Policy / Statement.\n7.\tEnvironmental Policy / Statement.\n8.\tIIP or staff training\n9.\tA description of how you will commit to fair working practices for workers engaged in the delivery of this contract (including any agency or sub-contracted workers). This could include things like details of a fair and equal pay policy, promoting equal opportunities for all staff, flexible working arrangements etc.\n10.\tTUPE experience\nExpressions of Interest should be sent to the attention of the Head of Property at Snowdonia National Park Authority, National Park Office, Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, LL48 6LF.\nWe welcome Expressions of Interest through the medium of Welsh or English.\nClosing date for expression of interest:\n2 February 2024\nPlease note, companies who are subsequently invited to Tender will be required to provide a demonstration of their Quality Assurance and monitoring systems in place, including electronic site presence logging systems for all sites to include remote sites with limited/no mobile signal.
