Coverage: 152 active published awards; 31 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The University of Birmingham appointed Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (International) PA on 20th April 2023 to complete an Estates and Campus Masterplan following a competitive tender process compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). The agreed intention is that Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (International) PA will now be appointed to further develop certain aspects of their masterplan, in order to focus on furthering the concept and planning matters. Due to this being a deeper look into the existing masterplan which they have produced, we deem that they are the only supplier who are able to provide these services.
