Published requirement descriptionLeicester City Council (LCC) wishes to appoint a single provider to enter into a contract to supply and maintain a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further two years in 1 + 1-year periods under the same terms and conditions. The City Council holds a diverse portfolio of land and property assets in Leicester and Leicestershire, that support the provision of a range of services for the city’s residents. The extensive land and property portfolio is managed in-house by the Estates and Building Services division.
