Coverage: 87 active published awards; 87 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The extensive land and property portfolio is managed in-house by the Estates and Building Services division. We employ a Corporate Landlord model – an approach that centralises the provision and maintenance of buildings and provides a joined-up corporate approach to managing our diverse land and property portfolio. Our Estates Strategy sets a direction of travel for our medium to long-term land and property management activities and involves strategic planning to ensure that our assets continue to support current and future service delivery needs. Like many organisations, we are constantly reviewing how we use our estate, and recognise that an Estates Management/CAFM solution is essential to enable and support high quality management of the corporate and commercial portfolioContract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
