What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe scope is to undertake a review of Policy ENV6 and associated sections within ERYC’s current Local Plan with the aim of supporting greater numbers of residents and businesses to successfully roll back their assets. This would include identifying challenges and opportunities within the existing policy, and the development of recommendations for a new draft policy and guidance for the ongoing Local Plan review.

Lot awarding rule: The evaluation processes will be completed in accordance with the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules and the Procurement Act 2023 and will ensure the evaluation procedure is based on identifying the Most Advantageous Tender(s) (MAT). The evaluation weightings are as follows: Award Criteria : Pass/Fail Price : 50 % Non-Price : 50 %
