Coverage: 284 active published awards; 282 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Introduction
We are inviting suppliers to participate in market engagement to gain a better understanding of the market and gather insights on how best to structure these contracts. Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us ensure that the combined contract meets the needs of our tenants and delivers value for money. Below are key areas of interest. Please provide responses where applicable. Note that you are not required to answer every question—responses should focus on areas relevant to your expertise or product/service offering.
Background
The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) team at Tendring District Council (TDC) is responsible for maintaining the housing stock in Tendring. The current housing portfolio consists of approximately 3,121 homes, including sheltered units and other types of accommodation. The gas contracts, which make up a significant portion of the HRA's expenditure, are currently divided into two separate contracts: the Gas Heater Refurbishment & Upgrade Contract and the Domestic Heating & Maintenance Contract. These contracts are also split geographically into North and South regions. However, we are considering merging these contracts into one larger contract and to cover the entire district.
