What is being bought

Published requirement description

Provision of event traffic management Services for events across the city, where a car park needs to be operated in respect of the management of vehicles on site and processing of payment as efficiently as possible while managing the local roads to the car park.

The Services will predominately be required for indoor events hosted by Derby Arena and a schedule of outdoor events requiring traffic management for road closures. Applications for any road closures will be submitted by the Council.

Derby City Council shall consider quotations submitted and shall make a decision as to whether or not to proceed with any given quotation by Wednesday 7th October 2026. Derby City Council shall communicate whether or not we intend to proceed with the quotation following this date.
