The notice relates to the provision of Enhanced Primary Care Homeless Service in Lewisham

This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C.

The lifetime value of this contract is £500,000 (£125,000 per annum)

The contract term is 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year at the sole discretion of the Authority.

The contract will start on 01/04/2027 and end 31/03/2029, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 31/03/31

Written representations should be sent to [email protected] Enter details of the decision makers: Bromley Procurement & Contracts Committee Conflicts of interest : COIs were managed in-line with ICB policy and none were reported during the DAC process. The ICB chose a set of key criteria against which the provider was assessed based on delivery of the current and future contract. These particular criteria covered Quality and Innovation, Value for Money, Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability & social value. A total of 100 points was available across these five areas split according to importance of each element to the ICB. A minimum threshold was set of 70%. Following an evaluation the overall score was over this threshold and the ICB was satisfied in awarding the contract via this PSR DAC.
