The Authority is carrying out the procurement on behalf of itself as principal and any other person(s) or body referred to in the Find a Tender Service (FTS) notice. Such bodies shall access the Framework Contract through the Authority and shall have no direct contractual relationship with the Supplier other than at the point of call-off contract where such bodies commission services through the Framework Contract. The Client through the Client representative and by consultation with Legal Services and Procurement will determine which procedure is the most appropriate on a case-by-case basis. These quotations procedures are included below and are to be followed for quotations for both proposed Time Charge Orders (TCOs) and Works Orders (WOs). Any differences between TCOs and WOs are indicated within the procedure. A. Procedure for Direct Call Off (Rotational) B. Procedure for a Mini-Competition C. Procedure for Direct Award in special circumstance

- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “Engineering & Regeneration Professional Services Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 58 suppliers, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

Contracts
All 5 of these contracts carry the same published figure, £5,250,000, the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each contract's own value. They are not eleven separate sums.
