Southend-on-Sea City Council (the Council) will be seeking electronic responses as part of a competitive procurement process, to appoint a suitably qualified organisation, to provide enforcement agent and debt recovery services, on behalf of the Council. Further detail on this future procurement process will be made available in due course.
