Published requirement descriptionThe Future Generations Commissioner for Wales is seeking proposals for expert research and policy support to provide advice, and potentially undertake a review, in the area of energy. Energy is a policy area that straddles several of the Commissioner’s mission subjects, including the well-being economy and climate and nature. It is also a topic on which the Commissioner has received significant correspondence from the public.

A brief overview of yourself or your organisation and why you would be the most suitable person or organisation to deliver this contract; 2. Detailed information about the experience and expertise that you can offer in delivering this kind of work or of similar projects; and about the subject area of energy in Wales. Please include information about the skills and experience of the people that would be involved in delivering the contract and what their roles would be;
- Outline plan: Your response to the following (maximum of 30 marks available): 3. An outline plan setting out your approach and methodology for delivering each of the four phases of the contract, along with an assessment of the potential risks and how to mitigate them;
- Price: Your response to the following (maximum of 20 marks available): 4. A price plan (including VAT) showing clearly your costs including daily rates for key personnel and the estimated time allocated for each team member. Please indicate if there are any value-added elements that you would also provide over and above what is included in the scope of the work.
- Responses to well-being questionnaire: Your response to the following (maximum of 20 marks available): 5. A completed “well-being” questionnaire as provided in Annex A of the tender specific document (downloadable)
