EN:Procure New Build Framework (North West & East Midlands)

This lot will be for the construction of a variety of residential and commercial buildings up to a maximum number of 10 units predominantly in the region of the North West of England but this may extend to other areas of the UK. The scope of the works undertaken within this lot will include site preparation with various degrees of complexity and defined elements of infrastructure. The works will incorporate various levels of design responsibility. Contractors who are appointed to this lot will be required to meet the minimum training and employment targets associated to the value of scheme(s) undertaken via this lot. It is envisaged that a framework agreement will be awarded to 15 contractors for this lot. The maximum number of bidders for this lot may increase where two or more bidders have tied scores in fifteenth position.
