    "description": "The Authority is seeking to procure a mental health support provider who can deliver out of core hours rehabilitation activities, to people who are living at two Approved Premises in North Wales. There has been a significant increase of residents in the Approved Premises who present with problematic behaviours linked to their mental health and wellbeing. The staff in the Approved Premises require an increase in the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deal with this. Out of core hours during evenings and weekends when the staffing levels are reduced, and support agencies are not available are key times when additional support is required but unavailable. This can sometimes result in residents being referred to emergency services or even recalled to custody due to their behaviour being too challenging to manage. If support was readily available on site from a service with the right skills and expertise, then some of these behaviours may be more effectively managed.",
