Lot details

Lot 1

PfH is seeking to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to supply electronic payment services. This may be through a multiple or single network of payment solution providers, capturing and consolidating payments from residents and subsequently transferring consolidated funds and reconciled management information by electronic means to the PfH Member. The framework will also provide for the provision of associated products such as plastic electronic payment cards. The framework is likely to be divided into lots, which will be determined following market engagement. PfH wishes to engage with the market in order to support the development of the framework strategy. This will be carried out through one to one telephone or video call discussions. Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 22. The category anchor is ID cards (22455000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.
