items), Portable Appliance Testing (2,281 items), Fixed Wire Installation Testing (272 items), Solar Panel Maintenance (90 Panels), Electrical Remedials and Improvements across Development and Corporate Landlord (DCL) Managed Properties for a period of 2 years.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence in September 2026.
