What is being bought

Published requirement description

Printing of materials required for Electoral Registration and Elections such as Ballot Papers, Invitation to Register forms, Postal Vote Packs and Canvass Forms.

The contract start date is 1 April 2026. Due to delays in the signing process, the UK7 notice could not be published on that date. The notice is therefore being issued at the earliest available opportunity.

The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 1 Jun 2026, 23:59 BST.
