The key objectives were to enable elected members to develop, maintain and use relationships (both internal and external) to provide effective leadership at the political, organisational and wider community levels.\nThis Elected Members’ leadership programme for Wales was and will continue to be designed to give elected members greater ability to shape powerful and political visions of the future and how to lead and manage complex change to improve effectiveness and efficiency.  It is aimed at members in senior positions, Leaders, executive members, political group leaders and Scrutiny chairs and those who aspire to senior office.\nThe most recent programmes were delivered during period 2017–2020 and recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).\nThis programme needs to be designed and delivered for the period (at its maximum) 2022-2026, with the content designed to be recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).\nFor information purposes the potential value of the Contract is estimated to range between 210,000 to 226,000 GBP (exc.
