Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The KHP II programme aims to strengthen health systems by scaling up universal health coverage, promoting research for evidence and institutionalizing health policies in Kenya. Since devolution of health services in 2013, health programmes are implemented at both the national level and at the county level. The UK’s investment of over £100m to improving universal access to health and the substantial resources in terms of technical services provided by GoK has helped scale up services across Kenya. This phase (2) is designed to transition to full GoK ownership and financing. Additional information: This EME process is intended to promote a transparent dialogue with interested parties, thus FCDO is seeking possible and potential partners to provide their views: (i) on how the above multi-disciplinary approach can optimally be achieved (using evidence), (ii) potential ways of working including partnerships and (iii) your organisations interest in undertaking the work outlined above.
