Note at this stage this is a pre-market engagement notice only and not a call for competition. The purpose is to help shape the structure of the dynamic market and to consider how we may engage with potential contractors for this upcoming opportunity. The Dynamic Market is expected to be divided into Lots, which may be categorised by contract value and geographical regions to reflect the scale and distribution of Bromford Flagship's operations, Current operational areas include Gloucestershire, , Wiltshire, Somerset, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, West Midlands, Warwickshire. The dynamic market will also cover any future additional operational areas throughout the UK. The scope of works includes, but are not limited to, new build housing development (e.g. under design & build contracting arrangements), contracts forming parts of housing developments (e.g. groundworks), existing housing regeneration projects, existing housing repairs & refurbishment and other property projects e.g. offices. We have over 80,000 homes across east, central and south west England, we plan to deliver 2,000 new homes each year for the next 30 years. For example, contractors may, following a selection stage, be shortlisted based on criteria deemed appropriate for the contract. The exact procedures, selection criteria, and submission requirements for each call-off will be confirmed within the relevant tender documentation.
