Equipment has been stored by this contractor under a competitivley tendered subcontract. The client requires the storage period to be extended whilst it finalises its overarching storage/maintenance/obsolescence strategy of which this equipment will be subject to in the near future. Relocating the equipment to an alternate facility would introduce additional unacceptable technical risks.
