Coverage: 207 active published awards; 207 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Domestic Abuse Support Service consists of an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) service that deals with high risk cases sent through from MARAC and an Outreach Service that supports all standard, medium and non-MARAC high risk cases. The service is for the residents of the County of Lincolnshire
IDVA
The IDVA Service is commissioned to support victims (men, women and young people aged 16 and over) who reside within the geographical boundaries of Lincolnshire, and who have been referred to a Lincolnshire MARAC.
Outreach
Is open to all who need a DA intervention. This service will provide a referral pathway for those service users who are identified as "at risk" following a GP or Hospital visit, police intervention or another agency and from self-referrals.
More information on the existing services including the demand profile and budget information along with the Council's current thinking on the new model and approach are all detailed on the Pre-market Engagement Questionnaire.
