Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The University is undertaking will be a competitive procedure with negotiation. The intention is to invite options for procurement of a base framework for a Digital Twin as set out in the specifications, at a city scale. This will become a digital asset for Birmingham and the West Midlands region and a platform for accelerating the digital economy of the city and region. It will be integrated with use cases envisaged as self-contained applications aligned with the themes of Air Quality, Energy systems and Infrastructure and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles and initially focused around the Tyseley Environmental Enterprise District(TEED) in East Birmingham.
