Calibration of the prostate cancer model using UK-specific data.<br/>3. Evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of one-time PSA screening for men of average risk across different age thresholds.<br/>4. Assessment of the cost-effectiveness of one-time PSA screening for men with a familial history of prostate or breast cancers across different age thresholds.<br/>5. Analysis of the cost-effectiveness of one-time PSA screening for Black men across different age thresholds.<br/>6. Examination of the cost-effectiveness of one-time PSA screening for men with BRCA2 mutation across different age thresholds.
