Coverage: 29 active published awards; 24 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The support and improvement programme is a lever Ministers can use to help the adult social care sector deliver the changes they want to see. Our contracts with the LGA and ADASS are a central part of the programme. They facilitate sector-led improvement and help the Department better understand the support needs of local authorities, enabling us to target support to where it is most needed.
