This is to gauge market interest in this approach and is only seeking a contractor at this time, the Council intends to undergo a secondary commissioning exercise to seek a partner for the care provision. It is intended that this service solution will allow the Council to achieve cost effective placements for individuals with nursing needs and also improve the Council's ability to place efficiently.
