Published requirement descriptionWarwickshire County Council (the Council)has commissioned providers to deliver day opportunity services to Warwickshire residents aged 65 and over without a diagnosis of
dementia and for residents aged 18 and over with a diagnosis of dementia. Current contracts will end on 31st March 2025.
The Council has commissioned providers to deliver dementia day opportunities (DDO) through countywide framework arrangements for dementia day opportunities with and without personal care and older people day opportunities with and without care

During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. The Council will undertake its financial assessment of the tendering organisation (and if considered necessary by the Council, any partners within a consortium bid) based on its own evaluation of the tenderers' most recent 2 years accounts (or if 2 years accounts are not available, equivalent evidence which confirms financial viability).
