This requirement will be spilt across 2 lots - Lot 1 – New 12 x 2 Tonne Electric Pallet Truck Lot 2 – New 5 x 2.3-2.5 Tonne Pallet Truck Tenderers can bid for one or both lots. Tenderers must have the capacity and capability to provide all Pallet Trucks under each lot which they tender for.

Contract monitoring: the successful contractor’s performance on the contract will be.. regularly monitored. Contractors not delivering on contract requirements is a serious matter. CPD comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and have applied a 10 day standstill period. This notification provides full information on the award decision. The standstill period has provided time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
