Coverage: 443 active published awards; 365 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleCwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) is seeking an to procure an additional three (3) beds, an increase from the original requirement of six (6) beds to nine (9) beds. This will be from from 24th January 2025 until the 30th April 2025. This is following an Expression of Interest (EOI), issued on the 30th September 2024 to care home providers within the Bridgend locality to identify current bed capacity to support the requirement for D2RA Pathway 3 assessment beds.
As the current Contract has expired, the Contracting Authority are seeking approval for an extension at risk for for the provision of nine (9) beds within Abergarw Care Home Limited. Without the approval of the extension and three (3) additional beds, there will be a significant risk to patient care & safety.
This is a time critical procurement and there is no scope for the lapse of contract. |
