Lot 1

City, University of London has a requirement for a cloud-based Curriculum Management system (CMS). The CMS System is required to support the life cycles of our programmes and courses from first conception through all areas of approval, quality assurance, marketing, delivery, and retirement. A Curriculum Management System will enable City to streamline its programme approval process, enabling a greater emphasis on curriculum development and enhancement. The University aims to implement a system which will create a master source for curriculum information that integrates with existing and future downstream applications and enable a more efficient and responsive use of curriculum data. The system will facilitate better collaboration between key stakeholders in programme approval and delivery and reduce the academic burden for paperwork. It will also enable better tracking and version control of documents to reduce errors and duplication, establishing one centralised location, meaning documents are stored electronically, with approvals given online and staff no longer have to manually locate files or sign off. Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 72. The category anchor is Software support services (72261000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.
