What is being bought

Published requirement description

Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for Bin Chute Repairs & Maintenance. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of Bin Chute Maintenance, Servicing & Repair, Cyclical cleaning and upgrade/replacement. The Contractor shall ensure the Client continually meets their statutory and legislative requirements and obligations.

The Service consists of:

  • Planned maintenance (including Remedial repairs)
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Associated works

The Contractor will provide the Service:

  • During normal working hours
  • Outside of normal working hours
  • With 24-Hour coverage, 365 days a year
  • The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 5 Jun 2029, 23:59 BST.
