What is being bought
Mansfield District Council required a sufficiently experienced and qualified Leisure Operator to undertake the management and operation of its Leisure Centres to provide services that contribute to the Authority’s wider local Strategic Outcomes as set out in its Corporate Plan - Making Mansfield: Towards 2030. Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) Nottingham City Council, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (the Authority) is conducting this procurement exercise using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purposes of procuring the Services detailed in the Services Specification and will be advertised in accordance with Regulation 53 Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
