The Council will require services to be provided at Coventry City Council properties and other 3rd party properties, such as schools, academies, free schools, leisure centres, commercial offices and retail units. These works will occasionally be required at Plas Dol-y-Moch (North Wales). Published lot titles: General Building; Decorations; Ceilings and Partitions; Flooring; Wet Areas; Roofing; Hard Surfacing; Fencing; Structural Surveying.
