Coverage: 3 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThe University of Leeds as Contracting Entity identified the need for a specialist legal services contracts / matter management system to improve the functioning of its research contracts support service. A multi-stage, competitive tender process between potential vendors of such a product was then undertaken. The Contracting Entity's initial budget for this project was c.£50,000 per year for an initial three-year term and a total budget of c.£150,000. The Contracting Entity subsequently determined that this specialist product required specialist implementation support services, which brings the total value of the procurement to c.£225,000 inclusive of VAT or equivalent taxes. |
