Published description of the framework
All bidders who achieve a score above the threshold of 60% will be appointed onto the framework and will enter into the framework agreement.
The Framework Providers will be ranked according to their final evaluation scores. When the Council chooses to place an order for the Services without re-opening competition, by way of a direct award, it will approach the highest ranked Framework Provider. If that Framework Provider is unable to fulfil the Order, the Council will approach the next ranked Framework Provider, and so on, until the order is fulfilled or no qualified Framework Providers remain. The successful Framework Provider must confirm acceptance by signing and returning the Order within the timeframe specified in the Framework Agreement.
By entering into this Framework Agreement, no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee has been granted by the Authority for the Services
