Published requirement description

The service will provide continuing health care packages delivering standard and complex care to children and adults, this will include packages of care for CAHMS / Crisis - Learning Disability (LD); Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); Mental Health (MH). The service will also provide supported living, respite and overnight, including short breaks and complex physical disabilities care and support
