What is being bought
Sutton Housing Partnership ("the Authority") for itself and as agent for the London Borough of Sutton and Sutton Living Ltd are inviting Suppliers to submit Tenders for two Open Frameworks being tendered under Regulation 49(2) of the Procurement Act 2023 ("PA23") in respect of the scope of Works to Lots 1 and 2 as detailed below, The two most advantageous tenders for each Lot will be awarded both a membership of the Framework based on the JCT FA2024 Framework Agreement and a Call-Off Contract based on the NHF Form of Contract 2025 LOT 1 - Asbestos Surveys and Testing Asbestos Surveys Testing Asbestos; LOT 2 - Air Monitoring Air Monitoring - Asbestos Air Monitoring - Post Fires Air Monitoring - Airbourne Hazard For absolute clarity, it is the intention that the Framework Agreements will be for an initial three years and then continuing for a further two years followed by a further period of three years - giving an open framework operating for a period of eight years, under the open framework regulations The Call -Off Contracts to be issued under the Framework Agreement will also be for an initial three years with an option to be extended for a further two years and a further option to extend for a further three years. Suppliers may tender for one or both Lots, which will be evaluated separately, and Suppliers will only be awarded one Lot. Please note a market engagement was previously carried out for this procurement. A notice was published in September - Reference 2025/S 000- 059849.
