Published requirement descriptionThe Professional Services Framework comprises five Lots covering a range of specialist consultancy and advisory services required to support the Council's property, maintenance and capital programmes. The Council intends to utilise the Framework for commissions of varying scale, complexity and value, from individual specialist advice through to support for larger refurbishment, improvement and capital projects.
The scope of Services to be delivered under the Framework Agreement will be a range of construction works and related professional services including: Lot 1 -Multidisciplinary Lot 2 - Conservation Architect Lot 3 - Asbestos Consultant Lot 4- Specialist Services: Fire Engineer Lot 5 - Specialist Services: Structural Consultant
