Published requirement descriptionThe Council of the City of Wakefield will be undertaking a call for further competition under the YPO Enforcement Agency Services DPS pursuant to the requirements of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and the procedures laid down in the in the DPS.

Wakefield Council is looking to secure the provision of an efficient and effective Enforcement Agent Service through the appointment of a primary and secondary service provider.
