Coverage: 13 active published awards; 13 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

This is due to the fact some elements of the documentation are being reviewed and updated to reflect the most recent requirements. There is considered to be sufficient information and detail within the documentation initially published to allow Tendering Organisations to commence preparation of their ITT Response. Additional documentation and information will be published during the Invitation to Tender period by way of a Tender Addendum. The estimated date of publication is 8 December 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, Linc considers that there is sufficient time within the procurement timetable for Tendering Organisations to take full account of the Tender Addendum within their ITT Response.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
